Insulated ULC Listed Cabinets

The WB Safety Storage Cabinet will offer safer storing for flammable liquids, reduce time-consuming trip to remote storage rooms and permit storage close to work areas.  For maximum safety, fill the cabinet with approved WB Safety Cans.

Designed and labeled by the Underwriters Laboratory of Canada as meeting the  requirements of the National Fire Code of Canada 1980 part 4. Flammable and Combustible Liquids performance clause 4.2.10.4.

Features

• Quality contructed from 18 gauge steel
• Double wall welded construction
• 2" between the inner and outer walls filled with a fire proof insulating material
• Door sill raised 2" above the bottom of the cabinet to form a liquid-tight well
• Three point lock on door
• Adjustable satin coat galvanized shelves permit a storing of various size containers
• Four adjusted leveling feet
• 2" threaded vents, one on each side to allow ventilation
• Fire baffle covers each vent
• Painted with safety yellow enamel with red bi-lingual letters warning: "FLAMMABLE-KEEP FIRE AWAY"
• Each cabinet individually cartoned
• All cabinets - double door style, extra shelves available - slight additional charge

• When cabinet is opened, fusible links can be engaged to hold doors in the open position
• In case of fire or high temperature (165F), the links melt and the doors are automatically closed and latched to protect contents of cabinet
• Hydraulically operated doors open to full 180 to prevent aisle obstruction
• Sliding Door with fusible link
• Spring loaded with hydraulic cylinder for smooth and safe operation
• Cabinet automatically closes after each use
• Fusible link allows door to be latched open for easy access in case of fire or high temperature (165F), link melts and door automatically closed
